- Unconditional or Subject To Planning purchases
- Promotion Agreements available for larger sites
Residential:
- Apartment schemes with potential for minimum of 35 homes (ideally 50+)
- Small housing schemes will be considered on site by site basis
- Sales values of £650/sq.ft+
Commercial:
- Existing buildings of 4,000-8,000 sq.ft with 1,500 sq.ft+ of outside space
- Existing buildings of 2,500-10,000 sq.ft with ground floor 2,000 sq.ft+
- 0.5-1 acres, roadside locations with minimum traffic flow of 15,000 vehicles per day
