  • No existing planning permission
  • Close proximity to public transport with accessibility into London
  • Gross Development Value in excess of £30m (smaller housing schemes will be considered)
  • Sales values between £500 - £1,500/sq.ft
  • Unconditional purchases or subject to planning agreements
  • Promotion agreements available for larger sites

Our structure ensures all parties deal with the principles, allowing us to understand the individual site's requirements and tailor the deal accordingly.
