- No existing planning permission
- Close proximity to public transport with accessibility into London
- Unconditional purchases or subject to planning agreements
- Promotion agreements available for larger sites
Residential:
- Gross Development Value in excess of £30m (smaller housing schemes will be considered)
- Sales values between £600 - £1,600/sq.ft
Commercial:
- Existing buildings between 4,500-7,000 sq.ft with outside space
- Centrally located sites capable of accommodating new build GIA of 30,000 sq.ft
