  • No existing planning permission
  • Close proximity to public transport
  • Unconditional or Subject To Planning purchases
  • Promotion Agreements available for larger sites

Residential:

  • Apartment schemes with potential for minimum of 35 homes (ideally 50+)
  • Small housing schemes will be considered on site by site basis
  • Sales values of £650/sq.ft+

Commercial:

  • Existing buildings of 4,000-8,000 sq.ft with 1,500 sq.ft+ of outside space
  • Existing buildings of 2,500-10,000 sq.ft with ground floor 2,000 sq.ft+
  • 0.5-1 acres, roadside locations with minimum traffic flow of 15,000 vehicles per day
