  • No existing planning permission
  • Close proximity to public transport with accessibility into London
  • Unconditional purchases or subject to planning agreements
  • Promotion agreements available for larger sites


  • Apartment schemes with potential for minimum of 35 homes (ideally 50+)
  • Small housing schemes will be considered on site by site basis
  • Sales values of £650/sq.ft+


  • Existing buildings between 4,000-8,000 sq.ft with 1,500 sqft+ of outside space
  • 0.5-1 acres, roadside locations with minimum traffic flow of 15,000 vehicles per day
  • Centrally located sites capable of accommodating new build GIA of 30,000 sq.ft
