Caerus Developments have secured our 4th planning permission in Havering with provision of 88 residential apartments and 56 parking spaces at London Road, Romford.

The 1 acre site was acquired unconditionally within 10 days of papers being received and with a separate application pending for the adjacent site, provides a total of 118 homes. 

Forest Hill completes as 100% affordable

Caerus Developments have completed their second deal to PA Housing. The project will be delivered as 100% affordable with Caerus retaining the ground floor commercial unit.

Caerus Developments have submitted a planning application for 31 residential dwellings and 25,000sq.ft of commercial space, including re-provision of Clip n' Climb at Sotheron Place, Fulham.

Caerus Developments have submitted a planning application for a 0.35 Hectare site adjacent to Hornchurch Underground Station. The application comprises 27 apartments, associated parking and landscaping works. Further information available in due course.  

Planning Applications submitted at South Street, Romford

Caerus Developments and Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd have submitted joint planning applications for the Jewson Builders Merchant site on South Street, Romford. One part is for a new 1,260 sqm Jewson store, associated yard and a new access off Lyon Road. The second is for a mixed use scheme comprising 47 apartments over 555 sqm of ground floor commercial space and new vehicle access off South Street for associated car parking.
