Caerus Developments Completes First Deal with MTVH

Caerus Developments is proud to announce the successful completion of its first deal with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) and second with contractor, Skillcrown Homes. The site has now been transferred to MTVH and will be delivered as 100% affordable housing, reinforcing both parties’ commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible homes.

In addition, a pre-let agreement has been secured with N Family Club for the ground floor nursery space — marking Caerus’ second collaboration with the premium early years provider.
